Cynthia Sherstad, shares her journey of childhood sexual abuse to domestic violence. She talks about the struggle and how she broke free.  The process of becoming who she was created to be has been a slow and painful go but she is living her best life on an island creating a life she loves all while helping others in their journey too. She used to get stuck in fight or flight, fawn or freeze but now she says she FACES it.
