Interrupted: Act 2 Reinventing Your Legacy

Reinvent Your Legacy Act2 Life after 60
Welcome to Interrupted, where we prove your story matters--even the messy, interrupted parts. Each week I talk with real people who turned life’s plot twists into powerful turning points. You’ll hear how they found their voice and now you can too--maybe even through your own podcast. Because what you’ve lived through isn’t the end of your story--it might just be the start of someone else’s healing.

43|#BingingSober Escapism and Mental Toughness with ColleenRyanHensley
Monday Jan 08, 2024
Monday Jan 08, 2024
Colleen Ryan Hensley talks with us about her movement #BingingSober. Her life was interrupted when she got out of the Navy. She learned somethings about how she was coping and turned it into a program and movement to help others. Are you an escapist? The truth is, the majority of people unconsciously turn to mind-numbing habits such as binge eating, binge drinking, binge-watching shows, and binging social media in order to escape from their reality. It’s simply a fact of American life in the 21st century, and these unhealthy habits are eating away at our mental and physical health and overall well-being. If you’re ready for a change and ready to embrace a natural zest and energy for life, be part of the #BingingSober movement!
