Nancy Lamont Erickson, Jazz musician, songwriter, teacher, brave re-inventor of life shares her journey of stepping up and getting all the things. Nancy has always loved music but in her marriage it all took a back seat while she raised her kids. Then when the marriage fell apart she realized if she could go for what she wanted even though she was an introvert and it was terrifying. Step by step she created a life she loves and can be proud of. It seems the more she walks in the direction of her dreams the more doors of opportunity open up for her. She is remarried to Dan Lamont an accomplished photojournalist – who has worked for Time, Newsweek, Life, NYTimes.

Michelle Valley knew she wanted to start her own business, but staying in a place of comfort proved to be more alluring. After a divorce, a pandemic and a car accident she was forced to slow down and take a break and that is when she discovered her true calling and is now working in her gifts to help others with their business. She is living her dream and so grateful for the healing process physically, spiritually and emotionally.

She had a dream to travel and it was on hold until recently. She talks about self care and learning to honor our true desires. Her past impacted her life but she is not a victim, but a victorious survivor. At 60 she is a drummer in a rock band “The Grannie Panties.”
