Complex shame is a "thing" and it can cause us to feel as though we don't fit in or belong. In fact it compounds our feeling of not enough.  After hearing a podcast from Dr. Zoe Shaw where she talked about complex shame it helped me understand the reason I get caught up in feeling "wrong" or not enough when things that work for other people don't work for me.  Good news, Dr. Zoe will be joining us on a podcast soon.

07 Winonna Saari reinvented her life in recovery. She shares she has a different relationship with money than most people. She knows it will show up when she needs it, and she has proof.  She talks about random acts of trust. Knowing life gives you what you need. She shares her recovery journey where she came from and the love and support, she received when she was ready to re-create her reality.
